This session is intended to help younger attorneys with important ideas to help them build a successful practice. It will also give older attorneys some good ideas on making their practice grow. I will share insights on my 40 years of building a practice into a successful business. It will provide guidance to avoid costly mistakes, sleepless nights, and malpractice claims. The goal is to teach attorneys the business side of a law practice. Law schools teach us how to think critically, but they generally do not teach us how to build a business.
