Roadside Drug Testing -

What You Need To Know

by Patrick Barone

In this one hour zoom presentation, Mr. Barone will dissect recent changes to MCL 257.62a, 257.625r, and 257.625s, all of which address roadside DUI investigations. Most notably, these laws address Michigan’s roadside oral fluid drug testing program. Participants will learn when this increasingly common roadside drug testing is allowed and how to avoid common pitfalls in the defense of DUI drug cases involving such tests.
