The CDAM Board of Directors wishes you a happy holiday season and a prosperous and peaceful new year!
CDAM continues to pursue its mission of education, promotion of
excellence in criminal defense, and protection of the rights guaranteed
by the Michigan and federal constitutions. I know 2009 has been
difficult for many of us. I also know CDAM members are committed to
the pursuit of justice, despite the myriad forces that oppose our
goals. To show your support of CDAM's efforts, I ask you to consider a
year end contribution to CDAM. For those who want to make a
tax-deductible contribution, please make your check payable to CDAM and
designate the Spuhler Scholarship Fund or the CDAM ACTION Fund.
